1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Deal Wizard website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service and participate in any contests or sweepstakes. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. One account per person — duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated and associated contest entries voided.

4. Deals & Affiliate Links

The Deal Wizard curates deals from third-party retailers. We may earn affiliate commissions when you make purchases through our links, at no additional cost to you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or pricing of any deal. Deals are subject to change or expiration by the retailer. Always verify the final price and terms at the retailer's website before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on The Deal Wizard — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated means to interact with the Service
  • Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
  • Manipulate contest entries or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Share referral links in a deceptive or spammy manner
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

7. Limitation of Liability

The Deal Wizard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, any accrued contest entries may be forfeited.

Official Sweepstakes & Contest Rules

Sponsor

The Deal Wizard Sweepstakes (“Contest”) is sponsored by The Deal Wizard (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

Each Contest has its own entry period as specified on the Contest page. All entries must be received by the end of the entry period. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be eligible.

How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries are earned by performing eligible actions on The Deal Wizard platform, including but not limited to:

  • Daily login to the platform
  • Sharing deals on social media (Facebook, X/Twitter)
  • Referring friends who create verified accounts
  • Watching featured deal videos
  • Signing up for an account (one-time bonus)

The number of entries earned per action is determined by the Sponsor and displayed on the platform. Entry values may change between Contests at the Sponsor's discretion.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee within 7 business days after the Contest end date. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes

Prize details (including approximate retail value) are specified on each Contest page. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their account. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. The Sponsor may require winners to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release as a condition of prize fulfillment.

General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the platform or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflicts of law. By entering, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
